Looking to return or exchange an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Apiece Apart purchase, we will gladly refund the merchandise to the original form of payment.
Returns are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the order being placed. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with the original tags on the garment. Please also note that all sale merchandise is final sale. These items may not be returned.
A $12 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
International orders are eligible for return at the cost of the customer. Duties, taxes, and custom fees are non-refundable. Please contact our customer service team to process your return.
Apiece Apart reserves the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above requirements.
IN STORE RETURNS
We offer in store returns without a restocking fee for online orders and in-store purchases.
In store purchases are eligible for return with a receipt within 15 days of purchase.
Online returns are eligible for a full refund in-store within 30 days of the order’s ship date. All refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and your original order number is required for processing.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges in-store or online. All items must be returned unworn, and unwashed, and have the original tags on the garment. Our store team reserves the right to deny a return if these conditions are not met.
HOLIDAY RETURNS
All online orders placed between November 20th, 2024, and December 24th, 2024 will be eligible for online returns through January 12th, 2025.
All in store orders placed between November 20th, 2024, and December 24th, 2024 will be eligible for in-store returns through January 5th, 2025 for a full refund. After January 5th, these orders will be eligible for store credit or exchange only through January 12th, 2025.
